Bridle Control is a large part of the process of developing a strong partnership with your horse. Teaching bridle work to your horse will improve responsiveness (not soft enough or too soft) and reinforce everything you will be asking for in the saddle. Whether used to teach rein commands to an unbroken horse, or to re-enforce softness and responsiveness in a well broke horse, this technique helps improve hip movement, shoulder movement, softness to the reins, the stop command, the go forward command, the back-up command and even the diagonal and side pass! Builds the horse’s confidence in you and in his or her self by allowing the horse to search for the answer to the command you are giving.
